My brand new Palm TX lacked one very important feature: the microphone! My previous Palm handheld, the T3, had a built-in microphone. Fortunately, I found some people that managed to add microphones either internall or externall, with or without headset jack. 

I decided to design my own schematics that can:

 

  • Small in size
  • Internal microphone
  • Headset Jack


I had a defective Motorola mobile phone lying around, along with a Motorola Stereo-headset, and decided to disassemble the phone and use the components. I also bought a Palm TX sync-cable off ebay for €1,-.
